Name? Adam Leon.

What do you do? I'm the front man of LEON and main songwriter.

Do you think you'll be a one hit wonder? Hope not, it is a lot easier to write more songs when you can play more instruments.

What instruments do you play? The piano was my first, and then the acoustic guitar closely followed by the electric guitar. (Bass and drums are great fun).

How old and have you done much? At 25 years old. I have been on four international tours to America, Zimbabwe, Greece, and recorded three albums.
And do an average of 105 gigs nationally a year, plus international dates. (Tired)

What makes LEON special? Leon use a piano quite a lot in the songs, which was very difficult. Keyboards can make a band sound so eighties, but I came up with a way of giving more balls and letting the bottom end be quite heavy.
We try to keep the verses quite, tight and funky. Then heavy strong catchy choruses.
A great benefit is we can do three part harmonies, as you would hear on J low bob, but I would say is that we are better live, and if you like the music you should see it live!

Where do you get your inspiration? All songs are written on past and future experiences.

What is your nickname in the band? Ski

What do you do to relax? Go on my little boat and have African style bbq's.
I also enjoy doing sound as you can see me engineering the Rubbetts at the SPORTS PALAEY in Brussels (15,000 people). But above all I eat, sleep and breathe Music????.

What do you do? I play bass in LeOn and backing vocals harmonies)

How Old are you - I'm 32 years old now, although I certainly don't think age is important in the music industry unless you are a pop act who appeals to the under 14's which we are not. Just look at KT Tunstall who is 30 years old and was told by record industry bosses that she was on the wrong side of 30 for a record deal. Idiots.
 
What have you achieved - In Leon, lots. We may not have a huge lucrative deal but with the boys I have recorded loads of stuff, Recorded in Los Angeles with Brian Reeves, appeared on Jay Leno's show, met loads of famous people. Played 1000's of gigs. toured Los Angeles, Greece, Zimbabwe, played the whole of the UK. Made music videos, been on radio. The list is endless.
 
What Makes Leon Special - Our hard work and ambition, the fact that we sound unlike any other band. We use no backline at all. I use a sansamp which gives my bass a lovely funky growl. Also what makes us really special is our close relationship with each other. A lot of bands  out there only have one member. Singer, Guitarist, drummer bass player, all of whom think that the part they play is more important than the other making them arrogant. We are not like that and never will be.
 
Where Do You Get Your Inspiration - My playing inspiration from other bands like Red Hot Chili Peppers, LIVE, Def Leppard.

What do you do? I'm the Drummer of LEON. (and the best looking)

Do you think you'll be a one hit wonder? No, because we have lots of songs and they just keep getting better.

What instruments do you play? Drums and then the acoustic guitar (I can play G on the guitar) and I enjoy singing harmonies and a little bit on the piano.

How old and have you done much? I'm 19. I've been to America and recorded two albums. We do an average of 105 gigs nationally a year, plus international dates. (I don't get tired cause I'm not as old)
